Turkish meat chef Nusret Gökçe – better known as SaltBae after going viral on social media – is planning to open a restaurant in London.

A source close to the flamboyant chef has revealed to Wave that Nusret is a planning to open his London branch at the Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane.

If his stunning restaurant in Istanbul is anything to go by then the London branch will certainly be one check out once it opens.

However, it wasn’t always this way for Nusret. Aged 14 he became a butcher’s apprentice where he mastered his craft and went onto grow a global meat empire.

Nusret owns five steakhouses and two burger joints in Turkey and Dubai, employing over 400 employees.
